Mold Testing

Our mold testing services are industry standard procedures that determine if the mold in your crawlspace is toxic. Once the results are gathered on-site, we send the samples to the lab for accurate results.

Individual swab/tape lift – We use swabs and tape lift methods to gather samples to be tested. These are two ways that we can quickly and easily extract samples of visible growth to be sent to the lab for a complete analysis. This aids us in understanding what type of growth you have developing, which may be an indication of what spores you have or may soon have airborne in your home.

Indoor Air Quality Testing (IAQ) – We can tell just what is in the air you're breathing in your home with an Indoor Air Quality test. This is a good way to tell if surface mold is a problem in your home.

Mold Remediation

We offer the standard practices and procedures used by all remediation companies.

Our technology (Continuous Infectious Microbial Reduction, or CIMR) has the ability to fight mold in the environment around you. It has been used in Military bases and museums to preserve artifacts. It does this by protecting against further damage.

Since these units have been approved by OSHA, they are completely safe for both people and animals to be around. We have units that are available for purchase so you can continually protect the building. We also offer industrial units to remediate areas of heavy contamination.

Crawlspace Repair

The crawlspace is often damp, dark and has a distinct odor. It’s not a place many of us like to visit. When a crawlspace is left unfinished, the integrity of the home is slowly undermined.

Drainage Systems

The longer water pools around your home, the more damage it can cause to your home’s foundation. We'll assess your situation to find the best strategy for removing the excess water near your home.

Mold

Attics and crawlspaces are dark, damp and encourage the growth of mold that can harm you and your family. We'll test for various strains of mold, find out if they are dangerous, and determine the best way to remove them from your home.

Air Quality

You may be breathing in harmful mold spores and not even realize it. Since we are a certified air inspector in Waterford, Michigan you can be sure that you'll get an accurate reading of what is floating in the air that you breathe.
